Description
This is a setting for SATB voices (mixed choir) and optional keyboard accompaniment of a famous 19th century American tune. The setting is very easy and slightly contemporary in feeling. The accompaniment is optional and can be for organ, piano, keyboard or guitar. It can be performed by a quartet soloists or by a mixed choir, youth chorus or ensemble. It is adapt for concert repertory and useful during church services, for All Saints' Day, during the period after Easter, or even in Praise of Mary during the month of December. Three verses have been set.
