Description
This workbook is designed for children ages 5/6 - 10 approximately; it is an introduction to musical literacy through the use of design and colours. This is the Second of a series of 5 workbooks (colouring books) for children, either in a class situation or for single lessons. The music teacher or a parent should be a guide for the children and follow their development as they procede through the book, adding notes on graphic designs and colouring the notes. The music they write can be performed improvising on any instrument or vocally. The example provided shows a child's drawings and contains Teacher Guidance information.
