Description
This is volume 1 of a fantasy on four well-known Christmas melodies for pianoforte. I enjoyed experimenting styles and new harmonies to known Tunes and will soon be able to publish more volumes for piano solo on different Christmas melodies. Some Tunes are from many centuries ago. It is of medium difficulty. These fantasies can be played in its entirety or one or two melodies separately. The music would be adapt for a Christmas concert or Holiday party, it can also be used in certain contemporary churches during Service times (prelude, postlude, offertory etc). The music can also be adapted to be played on an organ.

The Tunes included in volume one are:
IN DULCI JUBILO - 14th century
MY DANCING DAY - 19th century
LOW HOW A ROSE E'ER BLOOMING (ES IST EIN' ROS'ENTSPRUNGEN) - 15th century
WITH MERRY HEART (CONGAUDEAT) - from the album "Piae Cantiones" published in 1582
