We are including ORIGINAL SCORES for choirs, vocalists and instrumentalists as well as ARRANGEMENTS for Vocal Ensembles. Among the variety of scores available you can find the following genres: Oratorio, Opera, Sacred Vocal and Christmas music, International folkmusic, Solo Instrumental music for Piano / Organ / Chamber Groups, and Scores for Children's voices in various languages.

We are also including Performance Editions of early unpublished Vocal Works stored in Italian Libraries.

Maestro Yakkey is a graduate from Queens College, NYC and the Music Conservatory of Florence, Italy. She has also studied in France and Salzburg, Austria. She is a teacher, choir conductor, researcher, arranger and composer. She taught at the Cherubini State Music Conservatory of Florence for over 38 years and now dedicates her time to teaching children of all ages at the Fiesole School of Music near Florence, Italy where she is Chairlady of the Deparment for Young Singers.

She directs several choral groups and is able to perform many of her own compositions and arrangements with them. M° Yakkey is now looking over a lifetime of original musical compositions and arrangements as well as articles on interpretation and teaching methods - and is happy to have found the Musicaneo site to share her views.
